If I could give it zero stars I would. I had a package marked delivered last Thursday not arrive and was told I’d get a full refund and a confirmation email with the details. When the confirmation email never arrived I contacted customer service and they said it would be in my inbox by the end of the day and the credit request was made on my behalf. I never got it. That was Wednesday and I found out they only gave me a PARTIAL refund for about half of my purchase. Customer service said I should wait until it’s fully processed but the confirmation confirms they only credited me half of my order. I spent almost a hundred dollars and have nothing to show for it! It feels like MAC scammed me out of 50 dollars

I love MAC products!

I placed an order for more products than I actually needed because my daughter wanted the free tote bag that came with orders over a certain amount.
In my shopping cart I could see the tote bag with a charge of 0, along with a comment that I would get free samples.
Order arrived, no tote bag and no free samples.
Contacts customer service via chat and service was HORRIBLE! No solutions offered.
I have been a big fan of Mac, always buying in stores and partner retailers, but my loyalty ends here. Rude customer service and misleading promotions, coupled with not keeping promises? No thanks!
PS - I was not planning on writing this review but just stop buying Mac, but my daughter insisted.
Do better, MAC!

NW45 product is the worst. I will never do business with Mac any more. It has ruined my face. When applied, you look like a ghost. Oh my goodness, l'm wondering why they are even carrying that line. 0/10

I went to Tyson Corner in Virginia to get makeup items and I requested Alex to try new matte foundation and he just used a q tip and drew one line and said this is it. And I said I can't tell if it matches my skin and I d appreciate if he can use a sponge and put few on my cheeks and he mentioned he doesn't have time as he is looking forward for a customer appointment. Mind you there were no customers and 2 other ladies who work at MAC were idle too. I mentioned I'd rather go to Sephora and get a new foundation and Alex just threw the wipes infront of me and left. That's how they get trained at MAC. I am glad I got the Nars foundation from Sephora and love it. I and my family will no longer buy from any MAC stores from US/India.
Worse experience ever.

Scam. Never sent my order of over $100

Used to wear Mac quite a bit, but stopped in the past few years because their instore service is absolutely terrible. Snobby, rude salesmen that ignore you. not worth it anymore

A few years ago When I order an item online I enter the wrong address by mistake and I had to call MAC Customer service to change the address. When I called I was greeted very rudely by this lady and then when I was giving my correct address she sounded very annoyed and mad and she even kept making mistakes. After a few minutes she got my address right after confirmation. However, when I looked at the address once my order was shipped the address was completely wrong! It wasn't even close to the address that I confirm with her. I tried calling MAC and they said they can't do anything once order is shipped and fedex can't do anything after it was delivered to the wrong address. So i took matter to my own hands and I had to drive all the way to the wrong address and trespass some elses property just to get my package. Ugh after that I won't be ordering online from MAC ever again

I bought the Fix Fluid Foundation, the foundation is very good but the smell is absolutely horrific, very toxic and unpleasant! I tried to return the product the day after I bought it, despite numerous affirmations on the official mac website that they care about customer satisfaction I was not allowed to return my unused foundation. If you're looking for a foundation, I would definitely avoid mac, the smell doesn't even out the quality of the product, it smells extremely chemical and bad.
